Greetings!
What is your character name, what class do you play, and what level are you?
Forveden - Human Paladin - Level 1 (leveling while applying)
What hours do you typically play? (Cite time zone as well.)
I'm usually playing from 8:30 pm CEST.
What is your experience with World of Warcraft? (How long have you played, were you a raider, role-player, etc.)
I started exploring the massive world known as World of Warcraft in Wrath of the Lich King (during ICC), and have been hooked ever since.
Started out as a heroic raider during ICC, which went on through Cataclysm and Mists of Pandaria.
Real life responsibilites made it impossible for me to raid frequently after Mists of Pandaria, and I've been more or less a casual ever since, which I've enjoyed quite a bit. Time previously spent on preparing for raids is now spent enjoying other parts of the game, such as lore, leveling alts, and pvp.
Why would you want to join Nighthaven? (Please note, we ask for your reasons for wanting to join -this- guild, not just any guild.)
Ever since I started playing World of Warcraft I've valued people and guilds that shows respect for one another, helping each other with the simplest of tasks, and zero tolerance of abuse, which in turn reduces the amount of drama that can be caused between players in various communities.
I've been fortunate enough to be a part of such guilds throughout my time in the game, and would love for it to stay that way. Nighthaven seems to tick the boxes above for me, which is why I'm applying.
Which qualities do you have to offer, and - what do you expect of your guild?
I consider myself as a dedicated team player. I don't mind helping out, or just being there whenever anyone wants someone to talk to. I'm a good listener. Apparently I'm also a great booster! (Used to boost low-leveled players in Stockades for free back in WotLK.)
I'm expecting a community which is mature, friendly and drama-free.
Everyone plays the game in their own way, and by accepting the fact that we're all on different levels in terms of skill, is a good start to create a fun and educational environment, where we can share what we know with each other.
Where did you hear of us?
Through the Classic forums.
Do you know any current or former member of Nighthaven (if so please cite the person)?
No.
Anything else you would like to add to help us know if we´d be a good match for each other?
I'm a 29 year old easy-going-norwegian male currently living in Sweden (have been for the last 9 years), with my wife and our son.
Combine that with a fulltime job and you'll figure out quite fast that gaming isn't something that can be prioritized as much these days as in my younger days, which speaks for a lot of adult gamers nowadays I guess.
I've learned in later years that we ought to appreciate life as it is, and not take anything for granted. Recent events in the world truly shows proof of that.
Be kind to one another and hopefully we'll see each other in-game.
