We hope you like what you see, and to hear from you soon
Important Note
Making new friends is always great, so we´d love to hear from you, if you are interested in joining us
We have chosen our application system to preserve the old-school feel of joining a guild, while doing everything we can to ensure a nice guild environment. We take great pride in giving each new member who joins us time to settle in and that is why, we welcome up to 2 new members per week.
In case the waiting line becomes too long, our doors will be closed to avoid extended delays. When this is the case, you can post your application when we open up again. After you have posted your application we´ll soon be in touch through a PM on this forum, granting you access to our Discord channel for a quick chat, before you are invited to Nighthaven
We thank all of you who are committed to join Nighthaven for your patience, and we look forward to welcome you as soon as possible.
Nightaven's dedicated leadership is ready to answer any questions you may have, so do not hesitate to contact us.
Our history
Nighthaven was created on the very first day of Classic launch, on August 27, 2019. Since then, the roots of our guild have grown deep. Some of us already knew each other back in Vanilla, and we have had the joy to welcome many new and wonderful people into our community. Our Den Protector and Guardians (officers) have years of gaming experience behind them and we think Nighthaven offers a strong foundation to newcomers.
Nighthaven is a relaxed place to socialize, participate in guild events, dungeon runs and raids, and to meet new people from all corners of the world and all walks of life. We are happy and grateful to propose a community true to the TBC era of Classic WoW.
We offer this home to anyone who shares our core values and seeks to have fun together with others who play the game. As a group, we value the journey more than the destination. The quality of our players comes first, rather than their numbers.
Social Guild
Nighthaven is a social guild, as opposed to being 'hardcore' or 'toxic'. By this, we mean that our primary operating principal is kinship and communication between fellow members. This is our very essence.
We aim to provide a safe online home to people who share a similar mindset, including to those who might feel less at ease in society and might need more moments of silence.
Whether you level fast or slow, our guild is somewhere you can share the excitement and joy about all the small things you encounter, those that we all end up remembering so fondly.
Our commitment to members starts right from the application process and carries on everyday by playing, talking and sharing the fun with them.
Nighthaven welcomes you if you also share these values, regardless of what you choose to to do in game: casual leveling, exploring, picking flowers, raiding or role playing – you name it.
Play the class you enjoy most. For instance, if you ever wanted to be a tank, Nighthaven gives you an opportunity to try it out in a safe place, with lots of support (and lots of healers )
We often get together to quest and run dungeons. Throughout the year, we also hold several larger guild events, such as our annual Brewfest, Christmas and Easter get togethers, as well as our Anniversary celebration. Things such as a good old Fishing Contest or Ironman Challenge find their way to us too. A Gnome Run every now and again is, naturally, also to be expected!

Who we appeal to and who we are
Most players who join Nighthaven are in their late thirties or older, sometimes with a family and other real life responsibilities, most with a long history of playing World of Warcraft. They often are looking for a place to settle down and just take it easy. To enjoy the journey.
We are proceeding at own pace, as a group, to wherever our raiding adventures lead us, with no rush to reach the finish line.
First and foremost, and most importantly, we play the game to enjoy each other's company.
Our average peak hours are from around 20:00 on most week days, with many of us also enjoying the day shift . Activity during weekends can vary.
Community Behavior
We expect our members to behave in a mature, dignified, and composed manner befitting this guild and what it represents. Members who use unbecoming mannerisms towards others (in guild, trade or in any other means of communication) may no longer be a part of it. If you are being abusive towards other players, you will be separated from the guild, without warning.
We all gather in Azeroth to unwind and relax from the strains of real world. We ask that all our members refrain from posting, in any guild media or in game chat, vulgar language, profanities, racial or sexual remarks, unwanted advances, religious defiling remarks etc.
We strive to have our naming policy to be lore friendly with the RP universe we surround ourselves with every day, so we cannot accept people with offensive character names.
As a member of Nighthaven, we hope to see you participate and connect with your fellow guildies.
