1. What is your character name, what class do you play, and what level are you? (This info is needed before your application can be processed)
I recently re-rolled a resto/balance druid by the name of Lunaverde who i intend to main in TBC (maybe next to a shaman ). She's lvl 25 at the moment but i'll probably use a char-boost for her on entering the TBC server (still a bit debating on this.. as i usually prefer to lvl each char the hard, long and fun way).
2. What hours do you typically play? (Please include time zone as well)
No set hours as it depends on my irregular workingschedule and ofc also the RL social flow at the moment. Can be either daytime and/or evenings.. but generally not really a latenight-player.
3. What is your experience with World of Warcraft? (How long have you played, were you a raider, role-player, etc.)
Back in the days I started playing just when the original TBC released. Been mostly a casual (tho very involved) player up untill Cata. Did raid some in this expansion and left the game right after we downed Deathwing as i thought it a nice 'closure' of my time in WoW - i had no interest in Pandarian (or the expansions which followed) and, frankly, i needed a break from the game all together.
I've played all and every sort of char/class but found i'm happiest as a healer in a group and absolutely miserable in any pvp situatio
Was very hyped for Classic and been there on day one of it's launch for a good year, having a great time (again)! After that first year RL dragged me away for a bit.. but i'm happy to find more time for it again now TBC is (literally!) on our doorstep
In Classic i first played a priest (lvl 60) and a huntress (lvl 40) but i will 'retire' these for now as i'm quite drawn to playing a druid and/or shaman this time around.. also i like to make a fresh start again.
4. What is your favorite thing about World of Warcraft Classic? (The community? The Immersion? The progression? Are you a fast leveller or do you like taking your time? Do you like doing dungeons and raids? Chatting with others? Or are you more the solo and quiet type? Tell us a bit about yourself
I really really love the slower pace of Classic (compared to retail) and like to take my time enjoying the journey of lvling in all it's ways (doing quests, having professions, smelling the roses each step of the way ). I like doing dungeons a lot... with 'the right' kind of ppl/group - love working together as a group, not rushing but really 'working' for it.. and having fun all the while
Chatting: i'm a social person, but not always chatty (specially not in guildchat) - can be tho Prefer the typing chat tho.. can feel a bit 'anxious' using voicechat, but in time and by getting more familliair with the guild this surely will get better.
5. Which goals do you have in TBC and what do you look forward to the most in the expansion? (Provided you intend to play TBC)
No particular goals - would love to see all content (including some raids) but first and foremost i'm here to enjoy playing the game.. best with some nice people to connect with.
As for the raid bit: i do realise Nighthaven is not a raiding-guild and, for now, has no plans beyond (eventually) Karazhan - and this suits me just perfectly!
6. Why would you want to join Nighthaven? (Please note, we ask for your reasons for wanting to join -this- guild, not just any guild)
Sounds like the atmosphere and spirit of the guild would fit me well Also, even tho i enjoy playing with other people of any age (given they're 'nice' ), seeing i'm a somewhat 'elderly' gamergirl myself (age 47), it ís comforting to know there will be more people around with the same 'lvl of life experience'
7. Which qualities do you have to offer, and - what do you expect of your guild?
I'm a pretty calm peoples-person who likes to interact and have a good time with others - altho at times i can enjoy some solo time being immersed in the game as well. I hope to find a relaxed community which supports both these 'sides'.
8. Where did you hear of us?
Forums and ingame
9. Do you know any current or former member of Nighthaven? (If so please include the name of the person)
I don;t know any member of the guild in person (or in char ), no
10. Anything else you would like to add to help us know, if we´d be a good match for each other?
I think most is covered with the former questions/answers One thing i might add tho: I can feel a bit overwhelmed in new situations or/and when a lot of things are happening at the same time or when things are being rushed. This includes big, chatty groups.. but also while playing in groups - ofc my age going up isn't really helping here either
This is another reason this guild's spirit speaks to me - as it sounds a place where i can feel more relaxed about this
